Arches Referrals
We help those moving into empty properties, sleeping on floors and new parents with basic emergency provision.
We have a referral system and in order to refer you need to register with us.
What happens next?
1. Review & approve
A member of our team will review the referral and approve it if it fits our criteria
2. Allocate
We will then allocate furniture and household as per the referral form, subject to availability.
3. Contact you
We will email you to let you know what we have allocated so you can contact your client.
4. Collecting
Your client needs to hire a van or come with a car during our opening times. We do not deliver.
Opening times
We are open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, as well as the first and third Saturday of the month, from 10:00-12:00.
